VORO supports their customers’ life-long journey from the moment their purchase is made.

VORO Motors has provided electric scooters of all abilities for wide ranges of communities such as delivery workers, casual riders, and e-scooter experts. They also sell scooters for beginners who are curious about starting their e-scooter journey.
By creating a guide containing all important e-scooter information, VORO Motors will be able to help all levels of riders with all aspects of owning an electric scooter. The e-guide will cover how to choose a scooter based on the individual's familiarity, mistakes to avoid, how to ride, different parts of scooters, and technical support post-purchase.
We also take this opportunity to include VORO's resources they provide on their Youtube channel to further educate riders.
We explored different layouts on how to best showcase the abundant amount of information.

We brainstormed as a team for ideas on what content to include.
We concluded that the guide should include sections that:
- the basics of electric scooters
- safety tips
- a step-by-step instructions on how to ride a scooter
In addition to the text, we will add images and videos to help readers easily understand and digest the information. This will serve as a page that riders will be able to continuously refer back to.
